In order to do this, we understand the importance of working with vs working without. Sure we have the expertise, but we also practice what we preach. If we are advocates for inclusion, then it would be quite hypocritical for us to exclude our clients’ ideas, skills, experiences, and opinions. Our cycle of dialog, questions, and feedback sets us apart.
Our company was founded by an educator. The foundation of our framework is deeply designed around job-embedded and active learning. All of our systems are researched and have been proven reliable and valid. Our operations are deeply rooted in the education philosophy of, I do, We do, and You do. We first demonstrate how to effectively implement and manage D&I initiatives. We then work with our clients to apply those initiatives. Once there is a consensus that our clients are comfortable with the process, we empower our clients to fully execute initiatives.
